Kim plays a lead role on housing and code related projects and has strong project management, writing, interview and community engagement skills. Kim works closely with junior staff to assure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Kim also works closely with LWC's lead economist and anthropologist to assure that research, field work, analysis and reporting are in keeping with standards for peer review and of sufficient rigor to support creation and revision of land use policy. Her prior experience includes an upper management role in a San Francisco residential brokerage firm, as well as, the development, launch, and acquisition of real estate offices throughout the Bay Area. Kim has solid graphics, writing, and communication skills and brings a strong business perspective to the team.
