Whitney has over ten years of experience in land use, community, and environmental planning with an emphasis on general plan updates, zoning ordinances, and environmental review. She also worked for the County of Santa Barbara in the Planning and Development Department and the California Department of Transportation, Division 5, under the Environmental Planning Department.
