City of Hayward - Hayward Community Center Market & Feasibility Analysis

Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. was retained to assist the City of Hayward to develop recommendations for the Hayward City Council concerning a new South Hayward Multi-service Community Center. The final recommendation was based on a preferred development scenario that took into account health and human service needs, market demands, and financial analysis.

LWC’s work focused on assisting the City in developing a long-term plan, including the development of a multi-service community center that would replace the current EYFC (Eden Youth Facility Center) facility, compliment the other facilities and services offered in the area, and provide multiple social and/or health services designed to meet the needs of residents living in South Hayward.
