City of king, CA - west broadway master Plan

In early 2010 the City of King was awarded a Caltrans Environmental Justice Grant for strategic planning for West Broadway Street. The West Broadway Master Plan will be an extension of LWC's work on the Historic Corridor Revitalization Plan and will enhance consistency and flow through the City's downtown core.

The West Broadway Master Plan will provide guidance for enhancing business opportunities; access to jobs and shopping for underserved residents; recommendations for redevelopment and infill projects; implementation programs; and circulation and streetscape improvements for transit, pedestrians, and bicyclists.

In addition to the West Broadway Master Plan, LWC has completed the following projects in the City of King:
